Shipping & Returns

NZ and Australian Shipping:

Free shipping for all NZ and AU orders over $200 value

For orders under $200 value, goods will be shipped to NZ for $30 up to 1kg

For orders under $200 value, goods will be shipped to Australia for $25 up to 1kg

All New Zealand orders will be shipped using Australia Post Track and Trace, and should arrive in 6-9 business days from Perth Australia

All Australian orders will be shipped using Australia post Track and Trace, and should arrive in 4-7 business days from Perth Australia.

International Shipping:

All International orders (outside of NZ ) will be shipped using Australia International Courier Post, and should arrive in 7-10 Business Days. International shipping charges will be $40 for up to 1kg.

Returns & Exchanges

If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size or if you would like to return your purchase due to a garment fault, please contact us at shop@salasai.com within 7 days from the date of purchase - note that we do not refund because you have changed your mind. The item must then be returned within 14 days to be eligible for an exchange or refund. 

Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure it is in the original condition has not been damaged or worn and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched or a refund of the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser's credit card. If goods are eligible for a refund, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items by salasai.com no additional delivery fees will be charged for the exchange. If you receive a faulty product, please notify shop@salasai.com immediately and the item will be exchanged for you.

Any refunds processed to an international credit card will be calculated using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. Salasai.com takes no responsibility for any difference between the refund rate and the rate that the initial purchase was processed at.
